bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- why ryan nelson can kick so much ass Last night was kick-ass! There was a percussion/electronica thing at the black cat, and alas, i missed the first band, which i think had some QandnotU boys in it. But, the second "band" was ryan nelson of the most secret method, and darren from K454 &oswego. so amazing. you know it's rock when it's soooooo good, you can literally feel it in your sinuses. seriously! Ryan N. is a fucking *fierce* drummer. the sound and the fury that he is able to illicit from his kit always floors me. plus, he's a nice nice boy....except for when he runs up behind you on 14th st. as you're walking to your car by yourself in the dark. that was kinda scary. i almost turned around and punched him. sorry ryan. and i think i will go to the black cat *again*! words i like: bumble noodle requiem scotch guacamole just thought you should know 15:37:52 - 2000-05-03 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
