bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- fingers are crossed Wheeee! i moved the location of my guest book! And then, ofcourse, i screwed it up, and somehow i figured out what was wrong. I think i put a > when i was supposed to put an <. go figure. So...we have out computer back. I'm not going to bore you with details of this ridiculous fight we've been battling at work with the woman who runs the costume shop- mostly because she's at least 48-ish, and it involves her acting....oh....maybe 12. And gee, i wonder why her turn over is so high for stitchers? hm..... But basically, it involves us having no phone lines for most of yesterday, and about 30 people moving costumes and stuff. Yesterday i went to a gallery opening for my friend Tu at the touchstone gallery. Boy can that boy paint. He and Kaleo are moving to philly soon, which makes me sad. But they won't be too far away. Then sean and diana and i had thai food at thai roma on the hill. i've been there once, and it was so-so...last night was great. service pretty sucky, but food was dynamite. Thursday was the no-gos at ft. reno. awesome. know what's cuter than watching Ian M. catch fireflies with Brendan C's kid Asa? Nothing. That's an image i think i'll cherish 'til i buy the farm. I have to give a big big thanks to Nat (dreamcake.diaryland.com) who told me about a contest at Sanrio.com, wherein the prize is a pink electric guitar with hello kitty on it (bien sur!) you have to be between the ages of 6-16, so i'm borrowing a friend's kid, who said i could have it. she's so awesome. Look for me rockin' out with my pink guitar. oh, and please don't write me any 'hey that should rightfully go to some kid- blah blah blah' when you know that that kid's parents aren't going to let them play with it- in fact it will probably just end up on ebay. i just think it's better that someone wins who would actually play the fuck out of it. like me. keep your fingers crossed for me xoxo beth b. ps.
