(that one is from some on line religious-y kinda store happened upon by one of our interns when trying to find a bishop's staff) 2. Fun with a purpose (that's from the highlights mag.) the only time i ever read highlights was at the dentist's office. incidentally, my dentist's name was doctor funkee. yep. and i bet those same damn magazines are still there. infact, i bet the highlight's isn't even around anymore.. it's probably the same 8 issues from 1977 being pedaled around from doctor's office to doctor's office. with the occasional stop at a jiffy lube or two. i swear. check out your own local j.l. to see if i'm a-kiddin'. And incase you were wondering- a tally : Sleater Kinney: Awwwwwwwwwright. CoCo: Sounded like the drags (=good!). really uninspired drummer (= not so good). Ruby Dare: didn't see much, but pretty ok. Perhaps the latest installment of Chiasuro?????: Good. (i dunno if it is, but it's patrick on drums and some guy on guitar who was um....i dunno if i can really say 'afraid', but when i was trying to find a parking space with him and ann to go catch the tail end of a party this summer, he told me to 'be careful' in parking in the Kalorama area.
