bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i heart wild turkeys i'm at my parents house staring into the back yard. when i arrived on wednesday, there was the *largest* wild turkey in north america in the yard. i am so not kidding when i say i could have ridden it around the yard like a pony. and yesterday, there was evidently a whole caravan of wild turkeys scuttling along the treeline in my parent's yard. i missed it but my dad said there were 9 or 10 of them my mom is obsessed with the deer, and i am obsessed with the wild turkeys. didn't stop me from eating turkey, on thanksgiving, however. or making that blissful day after sammich. i can't decide what i want to do today. maybe i'll just go look for records. maybe i'll see amelie again.
