bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- new project with dad holy crap! is it ever raining! not like the sideways (i kid you not. side-motherfucking-ways) last wednesday where it came UNDER the door because it was raining PARALLEL to the floor at work. but it's pretty rain-y here in PA. so far, i've watched some trading spaces. some of that damn "paige davis gets married" blah blah (what?!?!?! she has a background in musical theatre? never woulda guessed) ate a peanut butter and grape jelly sammich and done 3 loads of laundry. my mom is at work and my dad is golfing, so i have their house to myself. later i'm going to take off my watch and call my friend cristen. i see my dad is building a bridge across the creek in their back yard. i guess that's our project this time. last june it was digging out the pond. which my mom won't admit to, but i think she's kinda into it now. she bought my dad this big concrete frog that seems to be presiding over the deep end and the (huge!) real live frogs who live there. and now there are plants! like lilly pads and such. 4:15 p.m. - 2002-06-12 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
