bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- no, i don't think we've ever met... two years ago- there was a performance artist who came up to me at aOm, because he thought i was an actress, and gave me a slip of paper with a phone number on it for his 'daily message' phone line. he's back. and weirder than ever. his number is 703.923.1321 also, last night, one guy came up to me, because he thought we had a conversation a year ago at MOCA about either me having some deal will hallmark for some drawing or poem...but i've never been to MOCA, and have only occassionally purchased hallmark cards, so i wasn't who he thought i was... and then not 15 minutes later, another fellow came up to me and said i looked familiar. who are these people i look like? and are they able to get dates? NYC was awesome. WOYZECK was one of the best things i've ever seen. hands down. i'm a full on robert wilson convert and will go and purchase tom waits blood wedding on my own accord, not because some boy recommended it to me. which i think, has perhaps been my problem with tom waits all along. i felt like i was *supposed* to like him, and when it really wasn't as interesting as everyone had told me to believe, i got really super bitter. 2:11 p.m. - 2002-11-18 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
