bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- quickie yay. our computer is back. sean was seaning around on it and gonked it all up. but now it's working again. you know, i like thanksgiving. i do. i have a lot to be thankful for right now. i also love the essay sarah vowell wrote about thanksgiving. it's so totally appropriate. the post republished it last week, but it's also in her new book 'partly cloudy patriot', which, if you haven't read- SHAME ON YOU! but i had too much family this year. 16 people is a lot of people when you don't feel like being around more than 4 other people. went to see the ring with my two brothers. scott and i squared off before the movie because he was insistant that nicole k. was in the film, and isiad 'no, it's naomi watts'. they do kinda look alike, but it didn't really matter. it was scary, but it wasn't *that* scary. did you see the mothman prophesy? i thought that was pretty scary... i have more to say, but i can't so.... later 10:31 a.m. - 2002-12-02 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
