bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- it's weird. i'm mean. and i'm sad, back the f off. we just finished the photoshoot for bob you know bob he's the one i think is too good for me. and to be majorly creepy, here's this one too . why the heck not. i'm creepy. you know what's super retarded? jealousy. this feeling i have in the bit of my stomach and the bottom of my heart is retarded. i'm pretty sure that's jealousy. or pity for myself because i don't look like the girls he wranged for his photo shoot. when i get the scanner back, i can scan in the pic of me wearing my newly free helmet and you will be able to see i am not a...how you say...pretty girl. which brings me to why this is weird: i'm at the black cat lastsunday for the new pornographers show and a tall lanky fellow with hair not unlike prince valiant comes up to me and asks if i work for fort reno, and i say "sure" and then a few minutes pass and: Prince Valiant: So, do you work for the park service? Me: uh, no. i actually work for the shakespeare theatre. fort reno is just the um, rock half of my life. PV: nodds head. wits 2 and a half minutes "so what do you do for the shakespeare theatre" and we play the worlds most drawn out versionof 20 questions ever. and then he says "do you remember me from the les savy fav show?" um, do i remember you.....well that show was in DECEMBER OF 2001!!! and wait, now i do because you remembered me from a burning airlines show four months prior to that he's probably just good with faces, but come on! how weird is it to have someone you talked to for four minutes come up to you a year and a half later and say remember me? it's weird. 6:06 p.m. - 2003-07-20 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
