bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- nothing special i got the new (domestic) british sea power record this weekend. actually, i did a good bit of shopping in general. i had a reimbursement coming to me that i didn't know about (nice!) i wanted the new pretty girls make graves CD, but no luck. also, i think this wekend pretty much put the kibosh on feelings of moving up there because the philadelphia accent pretty much gets me down. DC doesn't really have an accent because it's too transient. sometimes you can hear baltimore, but mostly if the people are from eastern maryland. i've decided i need to start using the word "corny" instead of "gay" because i use the word gay far too often. even if i enjoy a well placed "gaywad" or four. hey! i just got an email from jenny toomey! she's touring with franklin bruno and jean cook. i love all three. go to her website (www.jennytoomey.com) and see a show or two, would you? i'm drinking bad coffee, rethinking the fact that i wore a long sleeved monster magnet tshirt today. it was a free long sleeved tshirt, but it's stil monster magnet, who, let's face it....suck big eggs. 9:25 a.m. - 2003-10-06 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
