YEAH! for really no good reason, i am typing in cities into mapquest for driving directions. hollywood california is 2666.6 (coincidence? i think not!) miles and 40 hours away. KCMO is just over 1,000 and 16 hours. chicago is a mere 11 hours and some 700 miles. i just got word that a friend's wife is doing better. she was diagnosed with a pretty hefty lukemia prognosis before thanksgiving and things didn't look so good, but they went to johns hopkins in baltimore and it seems like her marrow isn't as dire as originally thought. man. so good to hear. 10:11 a.m. - 2003-12-19 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
