the wedding invitees.

i think the wedding was nice.
it was quick. there was a pablo neruda poem read by an extremely tall sister
the reception was at this place that was like a...i don't want to say "fun-house of wedding receptions" because it wasn't that fun being so far away from the bathroom. and the flower arrangements in the main lobbies were plentiful and plenty fake.
but there had to be at least 5 other receptions happening in this place. at one point from a return trip to the bathroom i could hear the other reception playing AC/DC and i thought "i'm at the wrong party".
although it was just 'you shook me (all night long)'. if it had been something like 'neck deep in you' or 'riff raff' i might have gone in.
the whole weekend my mom talked about the movie 'the wedding crashers'. it was disturbing. althought probably would have been more disturbing if she or i had seen it. really kinda glad i haven't yet. although i do considering miss colleen and i tried (fruitlessly) to stalk owen wilson in georgetown when he was staying here.
