back from the shenandoah valley

i am home!
dinosaurland was a great value!
harper's ferry was *beautiful* although 85% closed (more on that later)
my suitcase was without shampoo or hairbrush so hair was washed with Philosophy's "pure" facial cleanser and soap and not brushed for two days.
jeans were rolled above the knee so legs could wade through the shallow bits of the shenandoah river.
only restaurants with cool signs were eaten at (with the exception of one whose sign was merely "ok" but the pizza was yummy)
beautiful views were seen. verandas were sat on.
the bejeezus' was scared out of me by some historicaly bad wax mannequins.
right now, i just want to wash my hair with shampoo and sleep on my own pillow.
