babies playing jeopardy

i think i may have just cut the last of the blooms from my garden. i don't know if the zinnias that are still trying to giving it a go will actually bloom.
but i have a nice assortment of zinnias and a few burgundy snaps and a few purple cosmos and some orange and red marigolds to look at for a few days.
i went to a new (um, pretty much only) restaurant in mt. ranier today....it has a terrible name. like cheesy terrible... sound this out in your head, because i don't want someone googling it and finding this because, really, i support what they're doing and it's about damn time something non-sketch moved in, but really. the name is terrible.
put an "r" between the a and the t in atmosphere.
because, you know, it's a cafe for artists.
although, true to it's word, i ran into chellus who was a TD for the nitrate hymnal three years ago and cross my heart stick a needle in my eye i was thinking about him saturday.
i'm weirdly claravoiant in the shower i think.
like one time, i was thinking about a particular situation that could possibly occur with arty gras and i get out, get dressed, check the email, and lo and behold, the situation sure did happen.
and then also on saturday, i was in the shower and heard the mail, i thought "oh. i bet my letter is there" and it was. actually....it was more dramatic in my head....i think i actually thought to myself "my future is at the bottom of the stairs" because my brain sucks and has been really mopey and immobilizing lately.

and then i was thinking about this oz thing and td's and whatever happened to chelus and there he was!
so i guess you can never undrestimate the power of a good shower.
or maybe peppermint soap.
i didn't take myself on an art date last night. it was more of a "let's hang out and read the paper by ourselves and watch jeopardy" night. but then jeopardy thwarted my plans by having "back to school week" with i kid you not...babies.....babies are playing jeopardy. in fact, i'm pretty sure they are infact fetus'.
one of the catagories was the disney channel.
that's young.
