guided by voices and superchunk together because there's something about the dynamic of robrt p and mac m that's really funny

beauty pill (i should add smart went crazy to the bands i regret never seeing)

ted leo solo at the galaxy hut which is a tiny tiny 48 max capacity bar although it was easily twice that

rebecca gates at a now defunct record store in arlington
sleater kinney (although i thought the show was fair. i'm glad i saw them and didn't feel the crushing need to go back)

this is a list mostly of shows or bands i can remember thinking 'my god i'm glad to be here right now'.
like at the mission of burma set at pitchfork while i was frantically trying to apply sunscreen to my face cause i thought i was burning (turns out the sunscreen just stung a little) i remember thinking "there is no place in the world i'd rather be right now".
maybe some day i'll complile a show list of everything i've seen although my memory i'm sure won't hold everything i've seen in the last 13 show-going years of my life.
and maybe there will be a list of shows i wish i hadn't gone to.
