i watched "top designer" last night on my new cable tee-vee.
i don't know how to feel about this program. first, i have to say, i worship at the carefully crafted ceramic alter of jonathan adler. i somehow received a catalog of his about 4 years ago and i still have it. it's gorgeous. he's probably one of 5 people i would truly loose my shit around if i ever met in real life.
but the people? ugh. no, super ugh. i don't know where to begin. the douche who's never painted? the lady from elle decor who doesn't like *anything* (seriously. the swing was inspired!!!)i can't say i disagree with the pair they kicked off last night, but you know they kept those two dudes around for drama. especially captain eye-roll. i hate them both.
i might also love the guy who name checked henry rollins a little bit. because in the history of beth b., i have been obsessed with both HR and evil knevil.
i had an "all you can eat" pancke lunch with chester today. it was good, but i am stuffed.
