tiny pumpkin RIP

Tiny Pumpkin and his father Pappa Pumpkin, were both lost today, to time, being placed on a kitchen table for months, and being removed from the vine.
Tiny pumpkin, the World's Tiniest Fully Formed Pumpkin (tm) grew unexpectedly from the detris of Return of the Pumpkin Carving party 2005.
The plucky Tiny Pumpkin also survived the great hallway fire of Pumpkin Carving 3! 2006.
Pappa Pumpkin grew from a vine half-way chopped down in what came to be known as the Chicago trip-roommate cut the backyard grass accident 2006.
They are preceeded in withering death by Mamma Pumpkin (nee the Pumpkini) who valiently tried to turn orange as she sat on the table with Pappa and Tiny.

All three have been tossed into the back yard as internment in hopes the squirrels will again scatter seeds leading to another unplanned pumpkincy at Highwood.
