my stuff in baltimore

one load of dolls down, one to go.
yesterday colleen went with me as i went to baltimore and went through a comedic amount of wrong turns as i tried to avoid some traffic on pratt st. it really got ridiculous and the finale was we ended up crawling along baltimore ave. while the day-strippers and their um...admirers toddled along the street. yuck.

i suppose it's convienient to have the jail or whatever on the same block as all the strip clubs.
oh, baltimore.

we made it to hampden and had lunch and went to atomic books (got the re-issue of the mark ryden book)and then dropped the dolls off at a new place opening.
wholesale really blows for handmade work. i am making about $7 per doll after all the materials are paid for i think.
then on to fells point for some record shopping (note to smedindy: the new shellac is fantastic)
then we tried to see the simpson's 7-11 again, but it's been taken down. so we went go-carting which never disappoints.
there was one kid who was insistant on making it like bumper cars, but i beat him at a turn and left him behind.
hah hah annoying kid.
