death by flatiorn

i am so exhausted. I was at the wilson building for the the second day of the install at 7:45 am and i got home around 7:45 pm tonight after running out to michaels to get stupid ann's stupid piece of art stupidly framed.
i would like to give most of northern virginia credit, however, for not being complete fucktards on the road. i made it out there in under 45 mintues which considering 1) rush hour 2) rain rainy rain rain 3) friday night it was something short of a miracle.

i stopped at trader joe's on the way back and picked up some burritos and a pinot noir so my friday night is set. i'm fucking exhausted.
most of the art looks great. there are some issues which i don't feel like getting into because it's the weekend and there's no point.
also, i picked a great wine. man, this is good.
i'd like to congratulate chris katan for winning priject runway. it was nice to see mr. peepers harnass his energy for the good.

i had issues with all three collections. and really, christian should probably have won for no other reason that to celebrate his creativity at his age but i don't think anyone took into account just how much we're going to have to see and hear him from now on. he kind of makes me want to pull my ears off my head and beat him with his flat iron.
