Does anyone watch 'The Paper'? If so- can someone confirm- did Adam....ask...a....girl to homecoming? Adam who went to see highschool musical on ice ???? Oh....oh honey.....
Maybe MTV should do a series about hs drama clubs....even that would be less gay than adam.
Seriously tho...that show is so painful to watch and it makes me so happy to not be anywhere near any kind of scholastic setting. Riding the metro with kids is bad enough.
I think tomorrow night I'm going to see the Phillies play. Then thursday is Islands at the black cat. I don't have their new record yet...one review on pitchfork said it was darker which....c'mon. The most beautiful thing about islands first record (aside from the insanely forever brilliant 'don't call me whitney, bobby') is the spoonful of medicine wrapped up in music that is just sweetness and light and birdies.
so far what i've heard sounds promising.

Also, i think it's delightful they have a song called 'creeper' as i effing see The Creeper 95 times a month now.
