things to do within certain hours

I am chewing gum at 10 am. Sometimes i think activities like gum chewing and beer drinking can only happen within certain hours.
I need to vacuum downstairs but I think D is sleeping. Vacuuming is another thing that should only happen within a certain window of time too.

but then again, so should band practice. just sayin'.
