all the ways i disappoint myself

I'm a little disappointed with myself that I let myself look so forward to weekends and then rarely take advantage of it. other than sleeping in and reading the paper in bed with coffee portioned in enormous cups. this weekend i'm going to be all about friends, setting up a phone date friday with a friend i have not seen in 7 or 8 years and talk with not frequently enough.
I'm a little disappointed with myself that i let people get to me as much as they do. they shouldn't and i know i'm better than that.
i'm disappointed with myself that i don't set and stick to schedules (aside from the sunday paper and coffee in bed). if only i had discipline i could be so much better than this raggy, saggy mess that lists all the ways she disappoints herself.
