bad news for old folks

I am in super pain! Good pain. Two hours gardening and then an hour and a half at the gym pain.
I chose a wall at Artomatic yesterday. Not great. i hope my neighbor is ok.
I'm completely not prepared for the summit of awesome thing next weekend. I have to buy pin backs and get the supplies together.
this saturday is also free comic book day but there are a lot of summit of awesome seminars that i want to go to... and mike watt and dinosaur jr at the ottobar sat. night which means i'm missing the party that huddo is djing and it sounds fun.

oh my lord, my back is killing me. i'm going to go back to finishing the pugilist plush i'm working on while leaning on the heating pad. this is bad news.
