freak of the week

at some point sunday I must have stuck my face in a large pile of virginia creeper because I woke up this morning with a severely swollen face. Lovely, right?
it's not poison ivy because i know how my skin reacts to PI and i don't have those little, clear bumps, this is more large, swollen mumps.
i found a doctor who could see me and prescribed a bunch of stuff.
next week i'm flying to seattle for a public art conference and the week after that is todd's wedding, so i really need to look remotely normal for that.
i hate feeling like a freak.
