bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- it's time for the skies to deliver after a weekend with so much work, i want to crash. a small cold threatened to sidetrack me last week but i powered through. THis week, i bought some fresh ginger root. i've been advised to 'juice' it and mix it with some honey and lemon. I'm not sick now, but i like those three ingredients well enough. i'm not sure how one *juices* a ginger root. i'm somwhere between thinking of cutting small chunks and espressing it through a garlic press. or maybe pulverizing the holy hell out of it with the magic bullet? maybe? i dunno. it'll probably just rot save for a small chunk that I will likely press or grate or whathave you tonight. 6:53 p.m. - 2010-12-07 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
