snip and toss

so i asked the question of what happened. and it turns out he met someone last weekend who swept him off his feet and he was trying to "process how he felt"

i told him i knew how it felt, that's how i felt about him.

his letter was very sweet. to his credit. i wanted to ask for a chance to be the sweeper but i'm done.

and i know i say this a lot, but this is it. profiles down. deleted. done. i don't want to feel like this anymore.
as long as i stay in DC, there will never be anyone. i need to get out. not just for that reason. also work.
i don't know what else to do. i feel as if i have all these lose ends that i need to either snip and throw away or weave together.
i just want to snip and toss.
