bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- short guy syndrome we have this new guy here.....actually, we have a lot of new people here right now....and two of them have the most alarming southern accents, but that's beside the point.... one i think, is have trouble getting past the 'hey, i'm the new guy' phase. maybe he's trying to talk himself outta there, because he talks...a lot. i deal by nodding and um-hmmmm-ing and walking the other way. it's really best not to invest in any type of discorse, because it will involve 1) his wife going to some seminary grad school thing 2) universal studios 3) pretty much anything you've done, he's done...three times more/harder/blindfolded. i also don't think he's over the fact that in the deck of heights. he was dealt 5'3. 11:12 a.m. - 2001-08-23 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
