bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- better leave this party now the simpsons on sunday was one of the funniest things i've seen in a long time. funnier than, say, how short i've cut my bangs, even. oh, they're not the retarded length of alyssa milano's teeney new found bangs, but they're too short for my ugly round mug. bob massey is one of my most favorite people ever. it's official. last night i saw the gena rowlands band at the black cat and today i'm driving all over listening to his CD. you should too, if not for the simple reason that 'the last words of leslie gore' is brilliant. plus, damn if he doesn't sound *just* like jonathan richman midway throught the song. but more importantly, it sums up exactly how i feel about DC at this moment. i'm starting to freak because i'm stagnating and people all around me are growing. they're having babies, getting married, buying houses...i'm living in a studio apartment with the cat that ate manhatten. or at least my laundry hamper. 3:31 p.m. - 2002-04-30 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
