bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- happy new year last year, i said this: i would like you all to do me a favor, anyone who reads this, on this the last day of two-thousand-and-one.... let's kick this year to the curb, cross our collective fingers and bring in 2002 with the warmest of thoughts, the gentlest of kisses, the rockingest of parties, the softest of mittens, the fullest of hearts, the headiest of dreams and the bestest of friends. and i think most of that still stands. i don't know about you, but this year was definately better than 2001. no major hospital scares. i learned how to knit. i hung some pictures on a wall, and some people actually bought some. i didn't do so good on the yoga front, which was bad. so mebbe that'll be a priority for 2003. i made new friends. old ones moved away, and mostly that's for the best. so to anyone who reads this still- happy new year. drink some champagne for me, (not you jj and the littlest beal-to-be!) listen to some stevie wonder. everything's going to be fine. 11:43 a.m. - 2002-12-31 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
