bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- stiff little neck my neck is really stiff. probably from being hunched over and melting plexi glass for the last two days. i've never had a real massage ever, but it's days like today when i seriously consider them. i did have my first manicure ever in july, which was fun, but let's face it, with my hands nail polish is a losing proposition. i whack my hands on things, submerge my didgits in paint or water. it's just a bad scene. also, i have a gaggle of friends that are in college. mostly sophomores so i'm a good 10 years older than them. which makes hanging out with them a little awkward, because they are at once unbelievably young, beautiful, smart (harvard!!!) and vivacious. it makes me feel old dumb and curmudgeonly when i hear about their exploits but ultimately envious. 9:32 a.m. - 2003-10-10 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
