bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- oh vacation, where fore art thou? i need my vacation to start. like right now. this minute. this second. hey, i almost had a jawbox song happen there. a minute. a second. a half life, a minus... last night was another late work night with The Married. i started asking innocent q's about The Wife. like, 'did you go to IDR on sunday? no? you should have taken your wife so she can see where you've been for the last three weeks". really, all i know about her is that she's nutty for 'the family guy'. in the middle of the beth b. joke parade (where i had my boss laughing so hard, he was literally crying) something in my head ... ah, screw it. all i am going to say is that i became very aware of my situation, and kinda sad and at 10pm i was done sewing so i said "thank you- good night" and i drove myself back home and fell asleep reading the last vignette in david sedaris' new book and woke up with the lights and the tv on at 6:44 am. 9:47 a.m. - 2004-06-08 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
