trying to look on the bright side: *I now have 4 years to perfect my "Bye-Bye Now!" sign.
*I won't get caught up in any motorcades
(Fun DC Beth B. Fact! In my 1.5 years in DC under Clinton, I would get snarled in a motorcade induced traffic nightmare at *least* once a month. or at least that's what it felt like.
4 years of Bush? Nothin'. Not one. The day of the innauguration which was horrible and wet and soggy I left the city. The thought of him being sworn in down the street from my apartment was too yucky to even comprehend. )
*2008 is only 4 years away....right Hillary?
*maybe we'll get more bon mots like "inter-nets" and "strategery"
