cinema verite

i made butternut squash soup last night. i ate dinner with ryan while we watched part of cinemania.
it's kinda.....sad.
but sad in the pathetic sense. in that you watch it and maybe you spot some of yourself in some of those people and you think to yourself YIKES! I will never be like that, but then you go upstairs to your bedroom and you see your piles of books and comics and dirty clothes and coffee mugs from days and maybe weeks ago and you have to realize that you are kinda like them.
