how 'bout them IGGLES!!!!!

Good things:
Comic book shopping with miss colleen. I um....bought a jimmy corrigan doll. from presspop. who also made the l'il enid doll from ghost world.
they will live next to each other in their boxed glory on my shelves.
Man, can we talk about chris ware for a second? how much of a genius is that man? i've had a weird influx of chris ware in my life over the last 3 weeks or so. not unwelcomed. but i read through Quimby's or the Acme Novelty stuff and there is just. so. much. it's daunting really.
ryan thinks dan clowes, with his stories and structure and art is at the top of the game, but i have to say, i think i'm with ware.
his stuff is just genius. and there's so much to it...which as i said before is kinda daunting. i'd like to see how he does it. how much is hand drafted/how much is CAD stuff.
it's just seriously incredible.
i wonder if he needs an intern.
oh, also....how 'bout them IGGLES!?!?!?!?!?
