birthdays equal new phones and british musicians

in 10 days i'm going to be 32.
i have a new cell phone. it's a doozey. and by doozey i mean it takes pictures. i'm excited to go home and read the manual and figg'r all that junk out.
and then later i will celebrate by going to the black cat and see british sea power courtesy of the coolest gal ever. i need me some rock and some roll and a little beer never hurt anyone either....although there will be driving later too so less beer and more rolling i guess.
wow. i haven't been to a show since unrest...and mizz beck- no, i didn't realize the lucksmiths were in town. i'm sad that i missed them..
i need to hop back on the show train.
also also- two great letters in the shittypaper today.
