are you ready koons ford college park? I AM

today i installed my DSL. all by myself. which really was very very simple. so verizon- kudos to you. i am actually amazed with how trouble free it was.

and needed because earlier in the day i took my car into the dealership so they could look at my brakes which turned out to only need a cleaning and adjustment. not, as i was afriad of, the rotors needing to be machined. which is kind of expensive. actually, no. not kind of. balls out expensive.
anyhow, so i am excited that my brake crap only ended up being about 1/6 of what i thought i'd have to shell out so i go to Wawa for a celebratory cup of coffee and i go out to my car and i say 'wait a minute..." my hubcaps are missing the center cap which was MOST certainly there when i brought it in.
so i promptly turn around and the guy i speak with goes and talks with the mechanic and the mechanic says they weren't on the car to begin with.
i should have asked to go through his stuff. he either broke one and doesn't want to admit it or stole them to give away or sell.
if it's the latter, make no mistake, i will find them and i will prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law.
i'm going back there first thing tomorrow morning and making sure i speak with a customer service manager. and if that doesn't work, i'll be putting my newly installed DSL to work and contacting the Ford parent company in detroit, the better business bureau, AAA, and starting a webblog for people to air their grieviences against koons ford in college park so the whole world can know what crooks they are.
i will make them so sorry they screwed with me.
