make a list of the things i need to do this summer

i need to put together a list of stuff i want to do this summer. like yesterday when i was in georgetown getting copies made of some fake indian newspapers for the show i walked past the mule barge and immediately called colleen to say "i've never been on one- let's do that this summer!"
so there's one thing.
and i need to hit the american history museum before it closes for renovations....and the smithsonian folklife festival...

i bought my tickets to the pitchfork thing thursday. i'll get my plane ticket next week probably. i'm so excited to see chicago and mike p. and os mutantes. and the silver jews. and the mountain goats. and and and....
i also need to figure out when i can go to asheville with b. christine mcD. we're not doing bele cher which is probably better, becuase good grief is it crowded down there.
and a leisurely asheville trip is the way to go.

crap, i have to get to work.
