brighton beach sofas

yesterday i ran around PG county looking for a queen anne settee...today it has changed into a full-on sofa.
which isn't really correct for the period we're doing. and i am not sure how to now find a sofa that isn't going to make it look like we're doing brighton beach memoirs.
more fuel for the cover-letter writing fire.
