mitres are a bitch

spaghetti squash: roast the shit out of it in an oven 'til the skin is soft.
let it cool down. scrape out the insides into shreds.
toss with a little olive oil and pesto.
add a dash of salt and some parmasean cheese.
enjoy.

i am so weirdly tired. miss beck in town tonight. i will probably have to work some this weekend but not sunday!

also, i have a small carpentry project which i enjoy. although mitres are a bitch.
