borat, prarie dogs and a baby even tyra would love

my nose is freezing. and the heat in my house isn't on. we just haven't turned it on yet. i'm going to try to see how long i can go without turning it on.
tonight is opening night but i skipped it to see borat.
which was awesome.
also, i went to see it by myself to avoid having to talk about it with anyone there and yet people at the theatre kept trying to talk to me, mostly during the previews so i whipped out some knitting and knit one, purl one'd my way to silence.
tomorrow my boss is letting us have a day off which means "mental health"/sick day. i hope it's not crappy so i can go see this damn no-longer-a-baby panda.
also, i hear the prarie dogs are back which is exciting to a person from the east coast.
also also, while i'm not really an enjoyer of the children, a co-worker is adopting a set of twins from ethiopia (boy/girl- eat your motherfucking heart out madonna) and the photo he showed me- good god. the boy is the cutest thing i've ever seen. that little baby gives good eye contact. tyra would be SO proud...
