cold feet, warm hands

dear knitting folk-
what are some good one-skein projects? i have a skein of this really lovely manos hand-dyed yarn.
i'm trying to develop a good patten maybe for a scarf....it just seems insulting to the yarn to only have it be stockingette stitch.
but if there's something good...ooh! maybe fingerless gloves? i don't know...

gimmie suggestions.

today i finish 'let it blurt'.

i need to put on socks.
