the plane begins

I finally worked on my plane last night. So at least it has a coat of gesso on it. I'm in a corner which is nice, so i only have 2 planes near me and really, only one is encroachingly close. the other is ok.
I'm also wondering if i could turn this project as an excuse to go to NYC to go to canal plastics because i had an idea for the dome.

With my computer acting silly, and software 4 years old, i forsee a new laptop in my future. And I would kind of like a new ipod, since mine holds a charge for 20 minutes. I don't want to blow my budget on this plane cause i'm hoping to use a chunk of it for the computer.
