serious bullshit levels

brother #2's tumor is benign. relief.

today was a super long day....here are the highlights:

*loading in art in the same area police bring prisoners into the main police/hearing building. (and seeing the sign warning transit police about making sure the gate was closed & locked & there were 2 officers/prisoner.) (it's a glamorous life i lead....i know)
*when i entered another office a woman asked for my name and then asked if i spelled it "b-e-f-f" and i said ".......sure..."
*i now know the pass code to the womans bathroom on the 5th floor of the police building. it's such a stupid code i'll never forget it but i'll never have cause to use it again because you need a datawatch pass to even get to that section of the hallway.
* i finally recieved half my payment from Marriott regarding the plane but called the guy in charge because of this bit of wisdom (seriously!) i learned on the people's court (in a nut shell, person A did a job for person B for an agreed upon amount of money. Person B wrote a check for half the amount, person A cashed it. Now, I unfortunately forget 2 vital parts of info (it's been, like eleven years since I saw this case) I'm pretty sure there was nothing in writing that stated the agreed upon amount, and person B *may* have written 'PAID IN FULL' on the check (i can't remember I can't remember for sure, but i think that's why) Ed Koch said 'tough Person A, you cashed the check thereby acknowleging payment' and i didn't want Marriott to say "oh, well, we cut you this check so....tough" because I do have a contract which...well, they've proven already unreliable about honoring.
it's also now been 33 or 34 days since my last paycheck from the commission. this is reaching serious bullshit levels.
