whack me!

I have not been making stuff. i have been drinking (a lot) with various friends at various places (including skipping the art conservation lecture in favor of cheesesteaks at trusty's celebrating the phillies world series victory with selena on thursday).
it's been nice seeing friends after such a long stretch that felt like i hadn't seen anyone in a long time.
part of me thinks i should try to join a book club or stitch and bitch group or something because while i love the friends i have, i feel like i need more. especially when i get tired of people so easily. which is bad and mean, but ultimately true. i know it works the other way too...when i stopped booking bands at fort reno people stopped calling. whether it was intentional or not i don't know but it happened all the same.
i do know i've had far far far too much candy in the past week. i feel like a pinata.
