demise

I've been sporting a headache for the last two days- It's officially moved to painful sinus headache. Friends are swearing neti pot neti pot neti pot but I'd really prefer the Valley of the Dolls route with the pill popping and the sleeping.
Snow and schedule thwarted some plans this weekend but there are still plans in the planning so that is good.
This sinus headache is doozey and i can feel it in my head, behind my eye, down to the tension spot in my right shoulder. if i didn't hate strangers touching me so badly, i might try a massage but that also gives me the heebie jeebies. and i'm afraid a case of the jeebies with this headache would just do me in.
