bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Another story that should be heard A few years ago when I was putting art into government offices, I met a fellow named Cliff Carle who was a homeless gentleman and took photos for a publication called 'street sense' which is a newspaper written by the homeless for the homeless and really, it's a pretty nice paper. Cliff was responding to a call for art when we were purchasing some pieces and I helped him and the fellow who was working with Cliff to get his images burned on a CD and fill out the application. Cliff would show up at the office everyonce in a while, and even went to the office where his shot of the supreme court at sunset was hanging; that we had purchased. The woman at the office was very gracious about his unexpected visit and I sent her an email thanking her after wards. Cliff was a charge-in kinda guy from what I could tell. I hadn't seen or heard from him after i left the arts commission until yesterday when I received an email from his sister telling me he had passed away at the end of last year.
