resolution check in time...

it's february the 1.
let's check in on my resolutions.
1. stop over scheduling yourself.
Hm. sorta. I did turn down one project, but I accepted another but the show doesn't go up until april 22 i think. which is a luxurious amount of time for what i have to do.

2. see more of your friends. make some new friends. at least try to meet one new person per month.
DONE! Kinda. saw lotsa friends this weekend. Met a person on NYE who emailed me a few days ago. have to email her back.

3. be more organized Um....bought folders! put stuff in folders. baby steps.
4. get a g*d* webpage almost.
5. maybe less swearing...maybe... um. i should forget about this one.
6. (I'm stealing this from miss colleen)do 2 craft shows this year. not that this counts as a craft show, but i made three robot boxes when i was snowed in and put them on the ebay. two of them have bids!

7. do more stuff like this: http://www.loobylu.com/softies/index.html i didn't. i got materials and drew a plan out, but i never got around to making the vintage catwalk. i wonder if this month's theme is up yet....
8. feel better, get healthy, yadda yadda yadda. eh. i guess. ate less junky stuff. need to walk more
9. purchase less make up. i think i have done well on this one. two lip sticks, a lip gloss and some eyeliner. 10. play bass again. I did! last week i played with ryan! hey, i'm doing ok with these resolutions.

11. save $ for house/new living situation....apres paris. have to check in with that in may....
12. knit an actualy bonda fide garment. made a cozy for ipod. not really a garment... 13. make more art. working on it. made three robot boxes at least...
14. have more parties. one/season i think. had a party for the new year. having people over for the superbowl.
15. walk more um....i'm bad.
16. go to the museums at least once/month. good! have been to phillips gallery and national gallery east and west this past month! whoooo!
17. try one new restaurant/month. YES! went to poste! miss colleen and i have plans to go to AV this month.
18. finish stripping wall paper process- paint bedroom. nope. not one bit
19. make schedules, stick to them. not so good.
20. be nicer. i don't know how to qualify that. probably still in progress...
21. find new job. sent in resume to another GD job yesterday
don't expect to hear anything.

tomorrow is groundhogs day.
there will be many many drunken kids in western PA. watching a rodent pop out of a hole. it was tradition on my dad's block to have pancakes for dinner on groundhogs day, i'm not sure why, but i'm not gonna fuck with tradition.
