bethb's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- from the past today i was out returning a dress that i bought and stopped off at a target because i needed new sunglasses and when i was poking through their collection of crystal lights, looking for the green tea with raspberry (it's good!) i hear this small voice to my right 'is your name beth?' and i was like 'ugh...who now and i look and it's this sweet sweet guy i use to work with 5 or 6 years ago at the shakes machine! I was so happy to see him, i thought he moved to louisville after the dept. he worked in was downsized. turns out he's been at area for 4 years, and while arena is redoing their space, their costume shop is one metro stop away from where i work, so we made plans for a future lunch. I am so glad the world is so small sometimes. and sometimes i think 'man, i really should put more thought into what i'm wearing when i step out the door' because i was (am) a fright. also, i just spoke with my mom who told me my brother T has a lump on his thyroid, and then some long convoluted story about doctors and who can and can't do biopsies and whatever but i can't believe he didn't tell me! i'll see him friday 'tho and i can yell at him in person. 7:21 p.m. - 2008-04-16 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
