boring stuff. hating holidays
i went home yesterday and saw ryan pre dinner with his recent ex E. he said eric axleson told him to tell me to go to the hut to see FC5 which is tina p and coburn's new band. also the lovely elaine.
i didn't want to go out. i didn't want to see people. i had a sinus headache and i just wanted to mope.
i went to the grocery store when he was shaving and cleaning up for his dinner and i guess he didn't know where i went so when i got back from the store there was a note on the door and he called dragging me out to the FC5 show at the galaxy hut.
it was nice to see lawrence and eric a and shawn from navies and a host of peoples but it was so crowded and i just wanted to go. so ryan and i left before the aquarium which sucks because jason and laura are great.
BUT!!!!
i got a serious insider tour of the Dischord record office.
Holy. smokes.
amy pickering made a card of every kid who ever mail ordered something from dischord. ever.
i'm probably in there. i definitely have friends in there. I kinda want to pull their cards and give them to them. i got to see the hundreds of letters that kids send ian with their pictures ("my dad's a roadie for the rolling stones! here's me with charlie watts!" or "this is our friend! we think he looks like guy!" (he didn't)
it was amazing.

ian still owns that house. that's where his office still is.
man that was cool.
also: i am going to hope that it's my hormones that are all out of whack and making me cry and act stupid. i hope. because i sure reached a new low in patheticness today and i don't want to go there again. although i know i will. and i'm not going to elaborate because perhaps i will forget about what i did and this will make no sense to me in a year or so.
