sleep

You know what the hardest part of being an adult is? It's making yourself go to sleep. Intentional sleep.
No laundry on the bed sleep. Luxurious you-brushed-your-teeth-and-washed-your-face-and-used-nighttime-moisturizer sleep.
That shit is *hard*
I say that after coming off of two nights kinda-fell-asleep on the couch with the tv and lights on under the electric blanket cause it's been cold in my apartment non-sleep-sleep.
Right now, sleep is all i can think about. Clean sheets, fluffed pillows no laundry to dodge on the bed sleep.
In the time of everything on TV is available for watching at your fingertips (except for It's a Living. I would really like to be able to watch that on demand- or maybe dvds but i need to make sure I'm as fond of it now as i was then) (speaking of which....Bosom Buddies is on DVD. all two glorious seasons of it and it's better than you might remember. Also- young tom hanks.) there's no reason for me to worry I'm missing something on the TV so why am i so reluctant to turn it off and go to sleep.
